Yes. Texas Medicaid covers many types of mental health therapy and counseling services for both children and adults. These services can include individual, group, and family therapy; diagnostic evaluations; and ongoing treatment for conditions like depression, anxiety, trauma, and more.

Typically 1.5 weeks. Once you refer the client, we will verify Medicaid coverage to confirm how many hours they will be approved for. After this, your client will be placed on our therapist's schedule.

You'll work directly with me, Nick Bryant. No phone trees or middlemen. Just text, call, or email me with your client's information and I'll follow up with your client to complete a short intake and get the process started.

At Texas Care Center, therapy is provided by our team of licensed therapists and Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) who are trained to support children, teens, and adults with Medicaid. Our main office is located in Pasadena, Texas, but we proudly serve families throughout the Greater Houston area. We make getting care convenient by offering therapy sessions in schools, in your home, or through secure teletherapy visits — whichever option works best for you.

Yes, our therapists can visit clients right in their homes, making therapy more convenient especially for those who may have trouble with transportation. Our mental health professionals are able to come to you, whether that means providing services in your home or even at your child’s school, so you can access the care you need without added stress or travel.

We are not a same-day therapy program, but after 15 years in Houston mental health, I know exactly who to call in a crisis—Harris Center NPC, the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, or Crisis Intervention police if suicide or homicide is a risk. I can advise you or a client on options. Even connect them to short-term mental health options, while I set up their first appointment with us.

Texas Care Center provides therapy for a wide range of mental health conditions affecting adults, teens, and children with Medicaid coverage. Our services are designed to support individuals and families through many different challenges from overwhelmed parents who need help coping, to children struggling in school or showing behavioral changes. We commonly treat conditions such as depression, anxiety, postpartum “baby blues”, and ADHD. We also work with families seeking short-term support for children while they wait for long-term ABA therapy, ensuring they receive care as quickly as possible. Our team of therapists and Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) is committed to meeting clients where they are and helping them build the skills and resilience needed for a healthier, more balanced life.
